Park Properties is a private limited company, situated in Thalawathugoda and incorporated in 2012.

In response to the frustration often faced by urban citizens of high and middle income earners in an effort to acquire property in Colombo and its suburbs.

Although Park Properties was formally registered in August 2012, the business has been operating since 2009 in a small scale.

Having inherited customer orientation and a modern day vision, the founders of the Park Properties use all possible effort to create a company that to be the best customer friendly company in the real estate agent industry providing the best value added services.

Delivery of wide range of real estate solutions and to be one of the leaders of real estate industry in Sri Lanka by 2020, and continue to uphold social responsibility and sustainability to grow in to one Sri Lanka admired corporate.
